Catering Information and Terms Contract
The Shed BBQ & Blues Joint Full Service Catering has NO “Hidden Charges” for labor, rentals, service charges, etc on our full service catering packages.
1. A deposit of $100.00 must be made to secure all Full Service On Site BBQ Catering Dates. $100.00 deposit will be deducted from final catering bill. Otherwise, the $100.00 deposit is non-refundable.
2. A deposit of 50% must be made one month prior to all full service catering events and orders for 50 or more people. Payment in full is due the day of the event, prior to the meal being served, unless the client has made other billing arrangements with the catering guru.
3. A 10% service charge will be added to all pick up orders and deliveries for 25 or more people.
4. Menu selections and a firm guarantee of number of guest are due a minimum of seven days prior to the event. Guaranteed guest count may be increased (within reason) up to two days before event.
5. A delivery fee may be charged if delivery is more than 15 miles from the Joint.
6. We guarantee your ‘guest count’ will be served. We supply an additional 10% for unexpected guests. If you know that your guest are heavy consumers, we suggest ordering larger quantities.
7. Our standard Full Service Buffet serving time is 1-½ hours, unless the client has made prior arrangements with the Catering Guru. The Shed Crew will arrive early enough to the event to properly set up buffet and greet guest as they arrive in a professional manner. The Shed Crew will bring all necessary serving supplies, paper products, and condiments that are served with our BBQ. We do not supply guest's tables, chairs, or linens.
8. All catering events are “Rain or Shine” affairs. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide suitable shelter for event in the event of inclement weather.
9. Left Overs: All left over food on buffet line will be left with client (if desired) in sealed foiled pans tagged with specific safety and re-heating/refrigeration directions. The Shed BBQ is not responsible for the safety and quality of said food after it leaves our supervision and care.
10. Prices subject to change without notice unless price has been guaranteed in writing and deposit has been received.
11. Any use of venue fees are the customers responsibility.
With the signature of this contract, the signed company representative or individual is responsible to abide by all the conditions listed above.
