Our Smoked Turkeys and Hams are $65.00 plus tax and are pre-paid. The Shed uses Pecan Wood to Slow Smoke our meats. Using this native wood creates a light, sweet smoke flavor sure to please any holiday appetite. The slow smoked Turkey makes an amazing au jus that we suggest mixing into your favorite gravy or stuffing recipes. Turkeys average 10-12 Lbs and Hams average 5-6 Lbs . The last day to order your Thanksgiving turkey and/or ham is Monday, November 25th by 5 pm. Turkey pick up for Thanksgiving will be Wednesday, November 27th from 10 am-6 pm. We will be closed Thanksgiving Day. The last day to pre order and pay for turkeys and hams for Christmas is Wednesday, December 18th for pickup on Monday, December 23rd.
