    1 Prairie Fresh Bone-In Pork Loin Roast 2 TBLS granulated garlic 2 TBLS Sea Salt 2 TBLS Course Ground Black Pepper French Bones Cut down and outward at a slight angle across the length of the roast to till you hit the bone. Flip roast over and cut across the length of the roast. Cut through the rib meat on top of each bone across the length of the roast. Trim around each bone. Heat oven/smoker or grill to 300 Place rack in oven/smoke or grill and cook till roast reaches 150.
