Brad's Brad-Ass Brisket

Ingredients

  • 12-16 lbs Brisket

  • 1.5 c Garlic Salt

  • 1.5c Paprika

  • 3/4c Cumin

  • 3/4c Fresh Black Pepper

  • 1/2c Chili Powder

  • 1/4c Oregano

  • 1.5c Turbinado Sugar

Instructions

  1. Rub and fully cover brisket with Brisket Rub

  2. Smoke at 260℉ until internal temperature is 190℉

  3. If using a grill instead of a smoker make sure to use indirect heat. 

  4. Smoke 10-12 hours
