Jamell Richardson "Gulf Coast Blues Boy' is an American guitarist and actor (Get On Up) based in Mobile, AL. Described as one of the genres rising stars, Richardson resume has included sharing the stage with various legends of the Blues. At age 2 his desire to play guitar emerged while sitting in church watching the musicians. His music is influenced by the blues, jazz, soul, gospel, and a spice of Hip-hop. On stage Richardson is known for his unforgettable stage presence, infectious solos, electrifying band, and his strong soulful voice. In April of 2014 he released his debut EP "Gulf Coast Blues Boy"
