    Cheesy Bacon Beef Pops

    Ingredients 3/4 lbs Ground Beef 1/4 lb Ground Pork 1 lb Bacon 3-4 Fresh Minced Jalapeños 1/3 c Original Spicy Sweet ShedSpred Rack Attack Rib Rub Pepper Jack Cheese 8-12 Skewers Instructions Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes Heat grill Mix well make 3oz palm size balls, stuff with a cube of pepper jack cheese. Wrap with bacon. Skewer then grill on medium/high heat 15-20 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Rotate to crisp on all sides. Baste with your favorite The Shed B

    Brad's Brad-Ass Brisket

    Ingredients 12-16 lbs Brisket 1.5 c Garlic Salt 1.5c Paprika 3/4c Cumin 3/4c Fresh Black Pepper 1/2c Chili Powder 1/4c Oregano 1.5c Turbinado Sugar Instructions Rub and fully cover brisket with Brisket Rub Smoke at 260℉ until internal temperature is 190℉ If using a grill instead of a smoker make sure to use indirect heat. Smoke 10-12 hours
