This smoked tuna dip recipe looks simple and strong, because the low heat smoke adds deep flavor without drying the fish, and the mix of mustard and mayo gives it the right creamy bite, while the pork rub and smoked paprika push it into that bold BBQ zone; GameHub iOS; the 24 hour fridge rest is a great move too since it lets the seasoning settle into the tuna, and serving it with crisp apples and crackers is a perfect contrast for texture and freshness.
