Smoked Tuna Dip

Ingredients:
- Fresh Tuna Steaks
- The Shed BBQ "Pork Rub"
- 1 Bunch green onion
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
- Smoked Paprika
Optional Garnish:
- Apples
- Crackers
Process:
- Set temperature of grill to 250 degrees or smoke setting.
- Once grill has reached temp place tuna steaks on grate.
- Smoke tuna for 1 hour.
- Remove tuna and chop finely.
- Mix mustard mayonnaise tuna and Shed BBQ pork rub.
- Place in fridge for 24 hours
- Remove sprinkle with paprika and more pork rub. Serve with crackers and apples as a garnish.
