Cheesy Bacon Beef Pops


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes

  2. Heat grill

  3. Mix well make 3oz palm size balls, stuff with a cube of pepper jack cheese.

  4. Wrap with bacon.

  5. Skewer then grill on medium/high heat 15-20 minutes or until meat is cooked through.

  6. Rotate to crisp on all sides.

  7. Baste with your favorite The Shed BBQ BBQ Sauce.
