Just played Canuckle again and got stuck on one of the guesses for way too long. Great little brain workout.

What a clever, unique recipe that reimagines classic BBQ sauce with fresh grilled tuna! The mix of Mississippi Gold’s rich mustard base, soy, sesame oil and wasabi creates such a bold, layered sauce that complements tender medium-rare tuna beautifully. The concise ingredient list and easy grill steps are ideal for casual cookouts and tailgating, and the accompanying imagery perfectly captures the dish’s appealing texture and seasoning. This post offers a fantastic way to use The Shed’s signature condiment beyond traditional smoked meats. I look forward to more seafood-focused recipes featuring your line of BBQ sauces. --glow up

This tuna recipe is a great twist on grilled fish. The sesame-crusted seared tuna with that wasabi and Mississippi Gold sauce sounds amazing. Whenever I pull recipes from BBQ blogs, I save the ingredient lists as JSON first and clean them up with this handy JSON to Excel converter so I can sort everything in a spreadsheet. Thanks for sharing!
